- No payment is ever accepted via unauthorized agents. Pay only at the official office.
Applicant Responsibility:
Submit real documents (passport, certificates, etc.), complete steps truthfully. False info =
disqualification.
Privacy & Data Use:
Personal data (name, contact, passport, preferences) are for job processing
only. No selling/sharing outside legal requirements. You can request to update or delete your
data anytime.
Consent:
Submitting info means you agree to be contacted for job/recruitment updates — via call, SMS, WhatsApp,
or email.
Disclaimer:
Job depends on interview selection, visa/government approval. We
are not responsible for rejection by employer, embassy, or authorities.
Compliance:
We observe all legal requirements of Bangladesh, BMET, Labor Laws, and ethical recruitment practices.
Our Role:
We are a facilitator; job contract is between you and
the employer overseas. After deployment, employer is responsible for your service conditions.
Liability & Refund:
We are not liable for losses, delays, or wrong applicant information. Refunds, if any, follow government
policy and are always explained in advance.
